The brainchild of the passionate Eduardo Burnay, who loves to share his wealth of knowledge and interest for heritage and culture, this bespoke tour service provides a unique gateway to the region’s treasures.
Whether indulging in premium wine tastings, visiting historic monuments, enjoying private boat trips on traditional Portuguese sailing boats, or galloping along the beach on horseback, each experience is meticulously crafted to your desires.

“Personalised experiences are becoming more and more of a luxury. Tailoring this experience to clients’ interests is what sets us apart,” explains Eduardo. He listens intently to his guests before curating a tour that aligns perfectly with their preferences.
Exclusive Soul Tours caters to individuals, couples, and groups of up to six, offering routes from Sagres to Tavira. Each journey can include a variety of towns, villages, or luxurious experiences.
Memorable bachelor parties, breathtaking sunsets on the beach paired with wine or champagne and oysters are just a few of the options to choose from, and the service car can even be tailored to special celebrations or weddings, adorned with special decorations.
Eduardo’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of his service. The sunset experiences he arranges by the sea are always unique, crafted to evoke calm and tranquillity with light, neutral tones accented by soothing blues. As the company’s name suggests, it aims to “touch everyone’s soul” through a universal and happy experience that conveys “positive emotions and great energy”.
Eduardo emphasises that their main goal is for people “to be satisfied and happy and to share their experience with friends and family”.
Eduardo Burnay was born in Luanda, Angola, but moved with his parents to Porto, in northern Portugal, when he was just a year old. His love affair with the Algarve started during childhood holidays on the Costa Vicentina, where the stunning landscapes and natural beauty left a mark on his heart. This deep connection to the region fuels his dedication to providing tours that capture the true essence of the Algarve, from its rich culture and history to its exquisite gastronomy and wines.
His tours are not just about sightseeing; they are immersive experiences. Eduardo curates playlists and pays close attention to every detail, including the weather conditions (such as going to more sheltered beaches on a windy day), ensuring that each tour is perfect. Whether visiting well-known spots or hidden gems, he crafts experiences that resonate deeply with each guest.

Despite his background in Physical Education, Eduardo’s career has been remarkably diverse. He has hosted television and radio programmes, collaborated with magazines, organised luxury events, and worked in Marketing and Branding.
He is also a regular speaker at national and international surfing championships. His diverse experiences have honed his communication skills, and he speaks five languages fluently, including Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, and English, with German and Dutch next on his list.
Before founding Exclusive Soul Tours, Eduardo created Surf Soul Tours while living in Porto. A self-taught surfer, he fell in love with the sport at 16 and quickly realised his passion could become a business. His dedication and commitment to surfing, combined with his communication skills and love for the Algarve, laid the foundation for his successful venture.
