The Christmas event returns to the idyllic town for three days
– October 22, 2024
The 17th edition of Artenata will return to Ferragudo between November 29 and December 1, taking a fresh approach to supporting and protecting local artists and their creations.
The three-day event will showcase the talents of Algarve artisans, enhancing the quality of the exhibition and highlighting each participant’s unique contributions to their audience and respective markets with handcrafted artistic and decorative works.
The Christmas spirit will be all around, with lots of street and children’s entertainment, as well as dance music.
The popular fair will take place at Largo Rainha D. Leonor and nearby streets, with the aim of showcasing local products and artists. It will open at 5pm on Friday, the 29th, featuring a new format and a live DJ set on the first evening.
On the remaining days, Artenata opens at 10am, with around 40 exhibitors on display.
Artists interested in participating can submit their application by November 15 using the QR code in the image below.
