Real estate company Casas do Barlavento recently opened a new office overlooking Lagos Marina, one of the city’s prime location, bringing a “renewed energy” to the company.
In the Western Algarve property market, Casas do Barlavento has built a strong reputation as a local expert backed by a team with in-depth knowledge of the region.
According to the agency, the new location is more central and accessible, with a refreshed corporate identity that reflects the its commitment to providing clients with a premium experience.
It also launched a new website, casasdobarlavento.com, along with a dedicated platform for holiday rentals, cdbrentals.com, as part of its latest developments aimed at improving client and partner interactions.
In a modern and inviting environment, Casas do Barlavento offers property brokerage, property management, and holiday rental services.
The launch event welcomed more than 150 guests, including partners and local dignitaries such as the Mayor of Lagos, Hugo Pereira; the President of the Parish Council of São Gonçalo, Carlos Saúde; the President of the Municipal Assembly of Lagos, Maria Joaquina Matos; and the architect José Figueiredo de Almeida, responsible for the interior design of the office.
Guests were entertained by Lagos-born fado singer Marta Alves, whilst Mar d’Estórias provided a selection of Algarve wines and canapés.
This new office is located at Avenida dos Descobrimentos, Lote 7, Ground Floor Left, 8600-645 Lagos.
